What we have seen by the White Sox in their starting rotation in the last few weeks, specifically in the last six or seven days, has been a great glimpse into where they are right now

and what we can expect hopefully for the future. I think what we're seeing right now,

if you're a Sox fan, you got to feel really good because you look at Cease, Gialito, Lopez.

The big three for now and the future are dealing. Yeah, I mean, we had Lucas

Gialito tell us again today. He said it multiple times at this point now, but that that game he

threw in Minnesota is the best he's ever felt pitching, period. Dylan C. said the other day that

his most recent outing was the best he's had since coming up to the majors, and Rinaldo Lopez goes out Sunday and he's got to exit early because of a sickness, but he didn't give up a hit in five innings. Who knows he might have been able to throw some more no-hit innings there had he not been feeling under the weather. But I mean, that's obviously the most three recent ones from those three guys. But it's been a trend here that these guys are doing really well. Sees not as much as the other two, obviously, but he's just getting his feet wet in the major leagues. It's very promising for the future, these three guys who are going to be a part of that rotation next year doing really well right now. And you asked Lopez yourself, you know, how he looks at what's been going on here and what was his answer back to you. Yeah, I mean, he said that I think this is a reason that people should have really, really high expectations moving forward. I mean, you throw Michael Kopeck in this mix too when he comes back healthy. Who knows how long it's going to take him to get, you know, reacclimated to things after the injury layoff. But that's four guys, four young guys who you've got to feel really excited about moving into 2020. One of those, it's one of the big reasons that we keep talking about 2020 is potentially being a year where the White Sox can kind of move into contention mode. And we haven't brought up Ivanova, who I know is not part of, you know, the long-distance future, long-term future, but look at his numbers, and I've pulled him up right now as we speak. I mean, he's got, I believe, one of the best ERAs in the last, what, month? I'm looking at it right here. We'll just look at month of August, for instance. and here in the month of August, he has a, I have to go down one a little bit, thank you very much.

He's just three and one with a 1.09 E.R.A.

Now, 16 walks in 33 innings, sort of burly-esque in a little way, but he's just been very, very effective.
