I am getting ready for the day, and I wanted to talk about the ice incident that has been going completely viral on social media. I first want to state that

this is not about celebrating anyone's death. It's not about cheering and it's not about revenge.

It's about truth, responsibility, and the hard reality of what happens when law and order

collapses into chaos. A woman is dead, that alone should sober us all.

Reports indicate that she was a mother of three, a human being, a life that mattered,

and nothing I say today will change the fact or the grief her children will carry.

Violence is never the goal, it's never something to cheer for, and it should never be used as entertainment, political currency, or a moral grandstanding.

But acknowledging tragedy does not require ignoring the facts. Two things can be true at the same time. A death can be tragic,

and the actions leading up to it can be reckless, unlawful, and preventable. So with that, we're

going to roll right into it. What we know, we're sticking to the facts. According to publicly

available reports, this incident occurred during a long, an ICE enforcement operation

involving federal agents carrying out their lawful duties. During that operation, the woman allegedly

attempted to use her vehicle in a way that endangered federal officers.

Let me be clear.

A vehicle is not a protest sign.

It is not a chant.

It is not protected speech.

A vehicle when used against people is legally recognized as a deadly weapon.
