Well, I was kind of joking with myself because I was like well why don't I just start with a very light question of like what the heck is going on in social media?

Oh yeah let's just like what the heck is going on so I mean I kind of joke with that but like

Claire and I talk about this all the time of like what is going on in social media

and how we perceive bodies and how we perceive females and how I mean all of it so I'm

going to be very open-ended and annoying but I would like you to run with that question.

Salsa me is, really interesting.

So I, it's like I have mixed feelings about it because I love social media for a lot of reasons.

Like I have met the coolest people that I now consider like really close friends through social media like so I

think there's a lot of benefits to it I think there's a lot of negative sides to it as well

I think for sure like one part of it is that like so much of what we see on

social media is curated which is just so funny because like the word Instagram like
