But when it happens again and again, all under eerily similar circumstances with a group of people working on the same classified programs,

In recent months, a lot of people across social media begun connecting the dots between a string of as many as 15 members of the scientific community, who have either died or completely vanished under mysterious circumstances ever since 2022.

This conspiracy theory has quickly spread from TikTok videos to a congressional inquiry.

The rumor mill most recently went into overdrive after the death of the well-known UFO researcher David Wilcock,

who was reported to have taken his own life in April of this year. Police rolled out foul play in the man's death,

but there remained plenty of skeptics who believe that Wilcox was just the latest victim in a growing conspiracy.
