we're just going around and around and it was like okay this is what we're gonna do we're

gonna live into this new process and this new way of doing things

let's just six months right in like then re-evaluate but we've got to do something

different so that was a very solid piece of where I was just like,

okay, this is not working, we've got to do something different,

this is the proposal I have, let's live into it,

and then tweak it if we need to tweak it as we go along, but we've got to start moving this

process forward.
