1:27.1	miss speaking there in this country there are over a hundred million calls to 911 just in America's largest cities and a huge percentage of those calls are mental health
1:49.1	calls and early on the morning of July 1st this month, a woman in Baltimore called 911 to report that her
1:58.7	son-in-law was suffering a mental health emergency.
