Surgeon General is talking about. I've practiced medicine for over 30 years and seen a lot of kids. And I'm definitely seeing a rise in anxiety in kids. And I believe a lot of it's directly related to the rise in anxiety and stress of their parents. I don't want to put a guilt trip on parents, but my point is, parents,

we need to do something to just decrease the amount of stress in your life. So let's start

with that, looking at parental stress. You know, as we talked about, or as I cited,

the recent studies indicate that a lot of parents experience

overwhelming stress. So where is this coming from? And what are the primary contributors to the

stress? Well, what a great question, Meg. Now, so my book, it's called God Was Right. And what it does is it explores what the Bible says about a subject and then what modern science says, and they always validate.
