Let me start off by saying, I hope you're winning the battle within more days than not, and you're

stacking those days and wins. Now, I say this right off the top because that's one of the

primary messages of today's guest, Tim Grover. Truth be told, Tim was one of the very first

people I began to effort when I decided to take this project on. He's the CEO of Attack Athletics.

He is also renowned for his work with world champions and Hall of Famers like Michael Jordan,
