I'm here in studio with my wife, co-host, and producer, Hannah Hogan.

Howdy. She motivated me to do the podcast today. I haven't had a lot of free time. Today's my

one full free day, and I thought, no, not do the podcast today. But here we are. We're doing it. And I feel good.

I like doing it. It's not that I don't like doing it. There's no one making me do it.

Well, Hannah is. But I mean, up until this point, there's no one making me do it. Right. So it's like, I can just quit this at any time.

But it's fun. So I don't know why it is, but it's like it's like i can just quit this at any time but it's fun so i don't know why it is

but it's like it's it's one of those things where it like requires you to like you know i got to set

things up i got to come i got to sit i got to go all right i'm going to motivate my speaking into

a chain of thought for an hour here. Does that make sense? Yeah. And so,

uh, just sometimes I just keep putting it off and then I put it off and put it off and

and then we put Daisy down for a nap and we say, all right, let's record a podcast. But I'm also like,

oh, but I now I got a little free time too to kind of veg out. So do I want to do a podcast? But I'm happy that, oh, but I, now I got a little free time, too, to kind of veg out.

So do I want to do a podcast?

But I'm happy that we're doing it.
