Hi, Brooke, Ray Love. How are you? I'm great. How are you? Good, good. It's,

it's nice to have you here. Do you mind if I share a little more about you before we dive into,

you know, a really exciting conversation? Sounds good. Awesome. Brooke Braylove is a licensed

clinical social worker, psychotherapist, accelerated resolution

therapy practitioner, and a certified sex therapist. Brooke specializes in treating adults,

couples, and groups with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Brooke's new passion is accelerated resolution therapy, a brief treatment modality

using bilateral eye movements to provide lasting relief and healing to patients with PTSD, trauma,

phobias, addiction, and depression. She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia

University and has maintained a private practice in Bethesda, Maryland for 20 years.

No, and I have to tell you, I've got two girls.

We don't know much about video games in our house, so I don't even know the reference.

No, that's okay. No, it's just a video game manufacturer called Bethesda, and I just, you know,

had to ask my own curiosity. Yeah, so I know you are a daring way facilitator. Do you mind telling us a little bit about what that means?

Because we've definitely talked about Renee Brown and her work a bit on the show.

Great. Yeah. So the daring way is a series of curriculums. And I actually really focus on the Daring Greatly curriculum.

And Daring Greatly is a two and a half day intensive workshop.

I've led, I think, 20 of them, 19 of them were with women and one lone weekend was with men,

which was very exciting. But it's basically a shame resilience curriculum. So we really ask the
