0:36.0	Yeah, it's a, it's the shrink-inflation indictment. It's the same packaging, just less product inside.
0:40.0	And what they did is kept the four charges and they just took out any evidence that clearly would have
0:48.1	contradicted the Supreme Court's decision on presidential immunity. It does not hold together in my view very well.
0:56.5	I don't even think it solves the problem. For example, he's keeping in as one of the four
1:01.7	main allegations, Trump's communications with and two pence.
1:08.0	That's still presumptively protected under the Supreme Court decision.
1:13.0	He also includes communications with members of Congress that could also trip a wire.
1:19.2	The first two main theories deal with state officials and the slates, the alternative slates that
1:26.7	Trump's team was pushing. So he doesn't really get out of the problem that many still see with this. What's also interesting

1:46.8	how prosecutors can bring that charge. They have to essentially allege tampering of evidence or destruction of evidence.
