It's kind of fun to be. Today's been quite a journey. Honestly, I've been shaking. I'm so mad. And then I'm laughing and I just crying.

I spent no while crying. I need to check your transit. It's actually in your transit. I need to check something.

I don't know where my fucking anger has come from today. I'm so angry today.

You know what? I feel like in what we do, there is we're expected to not get angry about shit and we're expected to metabolize things like the graceful women that we are.

And there are some things that we just got to get fucking pissed about and let it out and express it.

Because all of it is very warranted. I feel like it is too.

Yeah, it's just, yeah, I just don't know where it's come from.

But I think what it is is that I'm just getting frustrated with what I've realized is happening in a lot of situations is like people displaced their uncomfort, uncomfortability onto others.

And when they're in situations where they feel they're uncomfortable because they have done something that makes them feel bad.

And quotes. Then in turn instead of taking responsibility for that and owning it and then potentially transmuting that energy into positive where they're making change.

They are displacing it onto me and it's being where they are making, you know, just like placing that negative energy on me and making me feel like it's just like they're not taking ownership of responsibility for it in different areas of my life.

Yeah, just getting super frustrating.
