all right ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the 307 podcast running a running a little

behind schedule today huh our normal schedule yeah man you're you're just you're too downtrodden

you're moving so slow we can't even get going hey man what's wrong with you hey I'm back I'm

getting working my way back into the groove you know I since I've started running again over the

last I guess two weeks now I realize how much I missed running it gives you so much time just

for your mind to kind of unravel things just time alone to think and I didn't realize how much

I missed it the last year it's been really good it's really relaxing me in uh which is probably

needed I've been wound up pretty tight for the last year and a half so I'm thankful my body's

feeling good man but I'm just getting these long you know hour plus spells out in the woods by

myself running and I'm really enjoying it and so this morning I had to transition from my run

immediately into a building full of children and do a VO2 max test yeah children and so

that that was that was my rub this morning you know going from my my runtime into that

camera man acting up you're adaptable aren't you no I'm not adaptable how did you act up

I'm like old single speed bicycle son she's I'm like old single speed I don't I don't do that

good in one lane yep I don't do that adaptation bull crap man he's he's got to hate on it because

you outperformed him well it makes life rough don't it well well we'll save the performance for

the YouTube video booboo so for people don't know who okay yeah yeah well she kind of gave it away

some well there's a lot of variables I didn't really give it away we got a full house in here again

I was just telling Blake and Chilly a minute ago basically I said that gone you you must really

you must really enjoy being on the podcast because every week you're you're asking to come on the

podcast I skip a week if I know there's something you guys really want to make fun of me for

but I keep hoping that all land on a fun podcast but the fun one this one ain't it no I can tell
