This episode kind of has a bit of a theme I think because I'm going to talk to Fran about a couple situations that will kind of tie in to my feelings about the justice system that's going on these days

and involves my story and first thing I'm going to talk to you friend about is I just found out that a couple weeks ago

There's a man named Michael McFadden from the state the great state of Colorado, weeds legal, they're doing big things up there,

but their justice system in Colorado made a big mistake this month.

And Michael McFadden was sentenced to 300 years in prison for child molestation in 2015

and he was freed this month on a technicality because his civil rights were violated in some kind of way he will be he has been released he is free from jail he's been released and he will not have to register as a child as a sex offender.

So these are the kind of things that go wrong in this criminal justice system
