Hi guys, happy Friday. Welcome back to It's Meat Tanks. How's everyone doing?

Obviously it's been a really difficult week, really horrific. I know we're all still

still reeling from the horrific attack and loss of innocent lives. I'm sending you guys all a big hug.

I'm sending you all love and as a reminder, I donated to every town and put the, I'll put the link

guys, I'm sending you all all a big hug right now. I am going to Bottle Rock tonight with my oldest

girlfriend. So she, her name's Catherine and I call her Coco. And she and I met when we were

three years old in London and we were the two American families in our British school. So obviously

our moms found each other and we had a lot in common. And then she left to go live in New York when

we were 11 and we've remained super, super, super best friends and she's the absolute best. And I'm

so excited that she said yes to coming to a bottle rock with me. I'm so excited to be in the Bay

area again. You guys know I'm having a big crush on the Bay area again right now. So I'm very excited.

And Bottle Rock is just a more chill festival, at least it was the last time I went, which was when I

was probably 26 or 25, but it's a very chill compared to Coachella, which is like a competitive

fashion show brand dick competition. More on that another time though. This week it was Daisy's

birthday. You know my good, good friend Daisy. So we went to Mr. Chow and we ate all this delicious

food and had a light-cheap martinis and I woke up so puffy. And so at the end of the show, I'm finally

going to do the ultimate guide to de-puffing. And if you think that sounds silly, then I'm happy

for you because you don't have pufferfish tendencies. But first, I want to talk about summer.

And since I can remember since I was a child, summer has made me feel very insecure. But probably

not for the reason that you're thinking. So it's Memorial Day, the kickoff of summer, you know,

this is, I didn't even really know that until I was older that it's kind of like Memorial Day
