What up, Hair gamers, it's Eric. So in this episode, we're going to respond to some feedback

that we've been getting for a long time. You guys know that I often solicit feedback, both,

you know, what have you guys enjoyed listening to the most so far, as well as what would you

like to hear in the future? So a response to that latter question that we've gotten

for the last several months is, how do I find and attract and retain other hairdressers to work in my

salon? And many studio owners who ask, how do I find somebody to help me pay the expenses and work in my salon and many studio owners who ask how do I find somebody to help me pay the expenses

and work in my studio when I'm not working in my studio. So we're going to answer that question

today. Over the years, we've seen some people do it very successfully and some people struggle.

And we want to find out what is the difference

what is the successful group doing that the unsuccessful group isn't we did two

interviews with studio owners at salonry public who have been very successful

attracting and retaining sub renters and they've been doing it for a long time.

And how did you get into hair, Luna?

God, I gotta tell you that there's a lot of Barbies that just fell into victims of my five-year-old curiosity and became completely bald.

So I guess the love for hair started very, very young.

That's awesome. And by the way, I have a five-year-old and a six-year-old, and so I have no

problem seeing how that can happen because I take some of the dollheads home, you know,

from the office, from Salon Republic's office, and they get stolen immediately. Of course they do.
