whether you think so or not. I don't think so. I don't think so. No, you are.

Everyone knows you through land guys as an agent and selling hunting ground.

Before I met you, I knew you as a guy who killed Big Deer through the rumor mill of where we're at.

Those are just rumors. I don't think they are your humble.

But you're a guy that's very knowledgeable on hunting ground in general, property management.

I mean, I consider you as a kind of sore of just land management in land in general. Is that fair?

Yeah, I mean, you do something all the time, you know, 365.

And I guess you just, you don't, I don't think about that. That's all I do or all I think about.

Yeah, I mean, yeah, that's when you do it for a living, it's a, you, I guess you should hope that you become kind of householder.

That's what, when they hear your name, that's what they think about.

Yeah, I guess what else would they be thinking? Right, right.

Well, how did you get into that? Like the land sales thing or just kind of gaining more knowledge on property management, if you will.

Just kind of give a little background for people who are unfamiliar. Sure.

Yep. So I grew up kind of around real estate because both my folks sold real estate for 25 or 30 years.

I'm like junior high high school, whatever. So real estate chat was just, you know, dinner table talk every night and that sort of thing.

So it's always just kind of seemed second place to me.
