Well, how did you get into that? Like the land sales thing or just kind of gaining more knowledge on property management, if you will.

Yep. So I grew up kind of around real estate because both my folks sold real estate for 25 or 30 years.

I'm like junior high high school, whatever. So real estate chat was just, you know, dinner table talk every night and that sort of thing.
