which means that we can now conclusively say that the LTE standard based in turn on the GSM standards developed by the European Telecommunication Standards Institute, or Etsy, was a global government conspiracy to give potential time travelers the ability to communicate across parallel dimensions using existing cell phone networks, a classic case of military tech, gone consumer.
