Hey everyone. Today's episode contains some graphic descriptions of an alleged sexual assault. Listen or discretion is advised. As an offensive linemen for the Philadelphia Eagles, Josh Sills was only a week away from playing in the 2023 Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs.

was indicted by a grand jury in Guernsey County, Ohio on one count of rape and one

count of kidnapping. The indictment in an Ohio County about 90 miles east of

Columbus accused Josh Sills of raping and kidnapping a woman on December 5th, 2019.

The victim, referred to in the indictment by the initials M.M. said Josh drove her to a friend's

house after a night out.

He then trapped her in his truck, it said, and forced her to perform a sex act on him before letting her go.

He and M. M. had known each other for seven or eight years

Almost immediately, Josh was placed on the NFL's Commissioner Exempt list, keeping him
