talk about some items in the news, but particularly a potential Supreme Court case.

So we're going to pull some of that knowledge out of your brain. You ready?

Sounds good. All right. So I have in front of me an article in Newsweek,

how Newsweek has fallen from most and much great shakes before, but now it's like anybody can

write an article in Newsweek. So its Supreme Court may soon consider overturning 45-year precedent.

45-year precedent. That goes back a long time. Forty-five years.

How could they even consider it? So it has to do with laws in three states, Arkansas, Louisiana,

and Texas pertaining to the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools. In fact,

apparently requiring the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools.

And the response to this has been, well, this, of course, is a betrayal of the sacred principle of the

separation of church and state that is so central to our constitutional order. But of course,

these being red states and red legislatures,

of course, we expect them to be contemptuous of our Constitution. So we hope that what liberalism

remains on the Supreme Court might vindicate this great American principle. So that is roughly

what's going on. That's not all we're going to
