slash summer movie preview with Mike Woody.

For those of you who have not been with this show since the beginning, Mike Woody is a local movie reviewer who has this stuff published.

I think at least in the Des Moines Register here, but he knows this stuff and this is part of what he does for a living, if not the only thing.

He comes in from time to time, takes a look back at some of the movies that he's seen since the last time he's been here, what he recommends.

We take a look forward to what's coming out in the next few months.

That was a fun conversation. It's always fun to just sit down and slack off while the boss is away.

It's even more fun to slack off when and watch movie trailers and pass that off for actually doing work.

That's exactly what we did today. If you're curious about movies and what's coming out in the spring over the spring in the summer,

not quite as packed with blockbusters or perceived blockbusters as last year was, but still some fun movies coming out.
