0:48.0	and it just keeps going and all the cool things. So I am here with one of our first ever certified coaches,
0:54.0	Martha, welcome. Thank you, Annie. I'm so excited. Well, good to have you here.
0:59.8	And it's so cool because we're going to get to hear your story from, you know, not even knowing who
1:04.8	this naked mind was all the way through becoming a certified coach, but really personally your alcohol
1:09.7	story too, which is obviously the whole point of this podcast is to make each other feel just
1:16.0	understood and so much less alone and sharing our story. So thank you for being here. And why don't
1:21.1	you just kind of back us up to the very beginning. So take me back to where it all started for you.
1:27.9	Okay. Well, I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. And I think it's hard to imagine a city
1:36.8	that's more identified with alcohol and partying than New Orleans. I mean,
1:43.1	right from its inception from the founding of the city in the early 1700s. This is just kind of a crazy
1:50.6	cocktail of a city that was very inhospitable terrain swampy deadly mosquitoes hurricanes,
2:00.3	heat and humidity. And I think, you know, maybe outborn out of that was just this spirit of
2:06.4	survival and live each day like there's no tomorrow or something, but it is a city that's really
2:12.7	synonymous with alcohol and partying and the, you know, lesse les bonnes tels roulet les
2:19.7	de good times roll. Marty Grauss, the big tradition and that is a big event, a big blowout party where
2:29.3	you're doing all the things and blowing it out because the next day is left when you give it all up.
