rather than just sitting in the room where I'm staying in East London.

It's pretty cold here towards the end of November 2025.

I found a small park to make me feel as if I'm in the countryside.

This is Alan Gardens, right next to Brick Lane in East London.

And it's a small patch of green with an elevated train line that you can probably hear

ahead of me.
