the world's most versatile genius. Now, I don't want to say Mark Scousin is himself a Benjamin

Franklin, but he is himself, I would say, a fairly versatile genius,

although not perhaps quite as versatile as his ancestor, Benjamin Franklin.

In fact, Mark is a direct descendant of Benjamin Franklin.

We'll talk about that in a minute.

But you will know Mark also, in addition to knowing him from his many books,

as the creator and host of Freedom Fest,

which now these days alternates one year Las Vegas, one year someplace else. You also know him as the publisher of forecasts and strategies for close to, what is it,

45 years now, Mark?

That's correct, 45 years.

Absolutely crazy.

But we want to talk about Benjamin Franklin today.

In fact, Mark sent me a text some weeks ago and said that he's got a book coming out on

the greatest American, and who would that be?

And I answered Benjamin Franklin, of course.

And I like when Franklin, of course.

And I like when I impress Mark Scouts, but this was easy because I knew how much he was an admirer of Ben Franklin,

who was indeed a very interesting person
