It's Wednesday, October 15th, 2014. And I'm doing the show by myself today. I'm going to talk to you guys about some of the issues that are raised in my new book, Real Descent. A Libertarian sets fire to the index card of allowable opinion. Now, normally when I do the show on my own without a guest,

I sketch a few things out on a piece of paper, just a few notes to keep me on track.

The same thing I do when I engage in public speaking, I jot a few little notes out and I go out there and talk.

But I haven't done that for this. This is just going to be me

talking and we're just going to see what happens. It could be absolutely catastrophic,

but we'll just have to wait and see. All right, the idea of the book, of course, is a theme

that I talk about on this program all the time, that there's this artificially restricted range

of allowable opinion in the United States, and for all I know, in the great many other countries

as well. But it means that we're supposed to be content with what either Barack Obama says

or Mitt Romney says. Like, that's it. And if your opinion is neither of those,
