thing. For those people that love us and support us, sometimes they are also entitled to

support of their own. If they are going to help us, often they need help so that they can help us.

And this is a thing that we have to acknowledge. I think it's not news to anybody.

Sometimes the impact that our anxiety has on the people around us, whether they be romantic

partners, intimate partners, parents, siblings, close friends, whatever it happens to be,

it is impactful. Our lifestyles are impacted. There's a huge amount of restriction and avoidance
