that subject has generated an enormous amount of social media commentary, let's say, a lot of it

very, very aggressive and shedding sometimes more heat than light, as well as a lot of speculation

on what the strategy behind the tariffs is,

if indeed there is one. And so I want to talk to two people here, one who is deeply skeptical

of this program and another who is supportive. So Gene, I'm going out of order, but Gene Epstein,
