Stu does America. Over the weekend, we had a splashy new announcement from Planned Parenthood,

an organization specifically designed to plan the opposite of parenthood. Fun fact. It was

made in the form of an op-ed in the New York Times entitled, I'm the head of Planned Parenthood.

We're done making excuses for our founder. We must reckon with Margaret Sanger's association

with white supremacists and eugenics. Do you? Do you need to reckon with it? It's so

nice of you to finally notice. Yes, Margaret Sanger was truly awful. She proposed a law,

for example, that said, among other things, quote, no woman shall have the legal right

to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father without a permit for

parenthood. And that no permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth. Wow,

there's some government control for you. For those of you who refer to yourselves as

the middle or the youngest child, congratulations. You avoided Margaret Sanger's vision of the

world and were actually born. And that's a, you know, a bit unfair. Sure, she didn't mind

babies being born all the time, as long as it was the right kind of baby. That sucks
