She is a former competition climber turned adventure climber and trad climber. I had never met her before this podcast, but I have seen her in many, many climbing films over the years.

She always has a really fun, bubbly, delightful energy.

She tries really hard when she climbs, and she's someone that I've wanted to talk to for a very long time.

And this did not disappoint.

This was a really fun and refreshing episode.

Caroline is so honest.

That definitely comes through in the best and funniest way sometimes.

But yes, she's refreshingly honest, and I really enjoyed talking to her.

She's also married to James Pearson, who has been on the show.

He was on the show about a year ago.
