It's a good old fashioned scholarly debate this week as Arngrimur Vidalin, a fellow Old Norse Literature expert, sits down with Mathias and Daniel to talk about his many exciting translation projects.
As it turns out Arngrimur is involved in a lot of really cool stuff right now including: translating Alice in Wonderland into ancient Norse, gathering material for a new book on the monsters of the saga literature and how they shaped ancient race theory, and most immediately Old Norse For Modern Times a book of your favorite modern sayings translated into Old Norse. There should still be a few days if you want to check out the Kickstater and back it, then you too can say awesome stuff like:
"Meira mælti Wagner af kappi en viti!"
"Wagner has a lot to answer for!"
Also find out the name of the best hat shop in Copenhagen. Cheers!
