Professor Kevin Gutzman, who if we lived in a just society, would indeed be a household name.

But he's a household name to Tom Wood Show listeners. He is a professor of history of Western

Connecticut State University, the author of numerous books of great importance, published by top publishers, by the way.

He doesn't publish them in his basement.

Now, there's anything wrong with that.

But it's a certain prestige because of the endorsements his books have and the publishing houses that publish them.

The most recent of them is the Jeffersonians.

What's the sum title of the Jeffersonians?

The visionary presidencies of Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe. Okay, that's an easy enough one to remember.

So he writes books that satisfy what academics say that they're looking for, but that are also

interesting and valuable for the general public to read. But on the other hand, he also wrote a book,

the politically

incorrect guide to the Constitution that I think, let's say the average academic would not be quite as

pleased with, but which you, dear reader, you will find very, very useful indeed. So I'm glad to

have Kevin back. Kevin, welcome back. Happy to be here. All right. I just have a few things off the top of my head, and then we're just

going to run. The first, before we get into anything, I want to talk about history in general,

but we had something a bizarre wrinkle in history occur right before our eyes, not a week or two

ago, when on his way out of office, Joe Biden peritarily declared that the 28th

Amendment to the Constitution had been ratified. What is that amendment? The so-called Equal Rights
