Hellard how are you I am good I'm good I I'm in less of a grunt than last week.

This is a Tuesday morning. Obviously, we're much happier towards the start of the week than at the end of the week.

Yeah, life is not happier. It's just that I find it hard to be sad for a long time. And I forget that I'm sad and the things that are destroying my

life, seem less significant versus sugar and, you know, I know, I never had you down as that

kind of person. I didn't realize that you're in your life, it's not a series of high energy

moments of happiness. It's just a series of moments where you forget how unhappy you are.

It's more, yeah, yeah, I mean, it's more.

The great thing is at the start of the week, I'm not crushed by my own insignificance.

The way it makes sense. Towards the end of the week, I realised just how insignificant and pointless it all is. Yeah, I'm just going to hide the pills. You hide that really, really well. You just got to hide the pills on a Sunday night and I'll get through to the next week. It's always the way. It's always people like you who are like, he's going to crack sometimes.

I do think I'm like one of those dogs where my base level is happiness.

And then every now and then something like hits me and I'm like, oh man, this is actually

really bad.

Oh, this sucks ass.
