Everybody, Tom Woods here with Bob Murphy with the honorary 226th episode of our old podcast,

Contra Kruglin. But in a more accurate sense, it's episode 2581 of the Tom Woods show,

and episode something or other of the Bob Murphy Show, will both be releasing

It's a crossover episode. That's all we're certain of. It's lower than yours. That's right. That's more. So we knew when we heard that Paul Krugman, whom we dedicated an entire podcast to for five years, was retiring as a New York Times columnist. it would be wrong. There would be some kind of an

imbalance in the universe, but there not to be some Tom and Bob episode, just providing you all

with some kind of closure. I mean, I think we surprised people. We took them by surprise when in

episode 225, we said, that's it,

goodbye. We've already answered everything Krugman has to say. There's no point going on.

That left people a little cold. It was like the finale of lost or something, Bob. You know,

I agree with that. And yes, and I think Kroogeman probably would be expecting us to say something.

You might actually hurt his feelings if we didn't.

He would be disappointed.

And as a matter of fact, he found out about this podcast because we figured eventually he had to.

And he found out about our crews, the old Contra crews may it rest in peace.

He found out about that and commented on that that he thought it was in a weird way kind of flattering that people

would devote all this attention to him. And I guess, Bob, if there were a whole cruise dedicated

to bring people on board and part of the proceedings involved critiquing you or me, I mean,
