0:54.6 | Well, first of all, Kelly, I just want to say like everybody's journey is completely and totally different. |

1:04.6 | So I want to talk about two primary things that really contribute to some of what I would call |
1:11.1 | and you would call the amazing effects of sobriety and living alcohol free. |
1:15.3 | So first of all, the first thing is really to do with our minds and that's this noise that we have around drinking. |
1:23.3 | So that regret that you describe on Sunday after having 15 drinks the night before |
1:28.3 | and having Sunday be pretty much a wash, that just doesn't happen. |
1:32.8 | Like you wake up early with energy on Sunday and you feel great and you want to do exciting things |

1:39.2 | And then when you are counting down the days Thursday, Friday, okay, great, |
1:43.0 | I'm going to blow out on Saturday, I can't wait. |
1:45.3 | All of that doesn't happen. |
1:46.9 | So instead of sitting there in the moment that you're in but wishing you were in the next moment, |
