talk about a chunk of his very extensive coverage of the evil Woodrow Wilson and I thought in

particular we might spend some of our time today talking about the issue of the

First Amendment and CJ I was thinking in particular because of the comments I'm sure you saw by John Kerry.

I mentioned them on the show yesterday in which he expressed his frustration that the

First Amendment was standing in the way of really being able to clamp down on so-called

or a flyer that was opposed to military conscription on constitutional grounds.

So could you maybe set the stage for us,
