simply the background but I'm so glad to talk to Candice Jackson who I realize I

realized just this morning I had been reading for years and years back when she

co-authored a number of pieces with Bill Anderson, a scholar at the Mises Institute, on

legal topics and she is of course a lawyer and she is also or she

was during the Trump administration she was deputy assistant secretary in the

Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights and I have some questions related to

that and questions related to another topic that's a bit of a B in my bonnet let's

say which is modern gender theory and that tends to intersect quite a bit with the school.

So there's plenty to talk about there.
