A couple times I've expressed outrage which you know that's what Americans do nowadays.

You express outrage all the time.

I was expressing outrage about the fact that 24 individuals have contacted Montana Fish

Wildlife and Parks so contacted their state game agency to get GPS tracking data on animals.

And the state was saying we have but little option but to give it to them meaning you could

get you like they're like I know a good hunt trick.

You contacted biologists who's got collared a collared bowl and say hey I want all the

way points.

I want to know I want the GPS tracking data because you're a state agency and so therefore

it has to be public information.

It's like publicly funded science so they want access to that.

Yeah and I just outright condemn these people as being horrible people right.

And then following up on that Jim Heffelfinger who is a wildlife biologist in Arizona was

saying that in Arizona just for that reason we have a some kind of state statute or something

that makes it that gives us the ability to not provide tracking data to people.
