All right, it is the White Sox Talk podcast. Chuck Arfine here with Ryan McGuffey, and we're in the war room.

It is great to be here. Thanks for letting us into this private spot. Absolutely. You just have to get out real quick. We're not going to be here long. But you will be. I will be. You guys, get out. Can we just be here when you guys are drafting? Yeah, sure. Why not? I mean, it's not a secret, right? Everybody will know. I mean, we can make this podcast really short. If you just tell us who you're drafted in the first round, then we'll leave. Yeah, I didn't tell you before we started. I'm not talking about any of the guys we're even going to be considering here. Well, we've got to go a little bit. This could be a boring podcast. Well, we're going to talk with you, obviously, this is before the podcast, before the draft, which is on June the 3rd. Then we'll talk with you after. So you can get really into the nitty-gritty after, but there's still a lot of questions that we have about what's going on with this year's draft. How would you kind of just, what's your sense of what is out there and what you can get at the number three pick this year?

You know, I think every year you go into it with optimism and obviously picking this high,

we better get a impactful talent. I think that this year, as the season has progressed,

we've seen those guys rise to the top. We've seen those guys that we think that can impact the game out here at guaranteed rate for a long time. I think that there's impact bats. There's a couple

impact arms that we can see go really high in this draft. And, you know, quite frankly,

I'm pretty excited about it. And the rest of my staff is ready to get going.

I know myself, I'm ready for it to be here. Yeah. Chuck and I don't pretend to be scouts, and I don't ever want to be. You're one of the few. But when you, we've certainly looked a lot at, you know, mock drafts and who's available and who's doing what. And it seems to be a top talent heavy draft whereas maybe last year was kind of

a little bit more of a hodgepodgepaging and things could happen at three and different at 10
