This is Best for the Nest, the podcast that's all about creating strong, comfortable, beautiful nest that prepare us to fly.

And Elizabeth, we talk about so many

different things. It really is a lot. I realized the other day, we rarely circle back. So today,

I wanted to circle back to some of things we've talked about because there are some interesting

updates. And I've been getting little pieces of cool information from people who listen to the podcast.

And so I love whenever conversations can be circular.

I love that you and I talk, but I love when people who listen to Best of the Nest want to be a part of the conversation and send along little bits of information.

So I thought today we do a follow-up show.

I think this is a really good idea and I actually think this is going to kick off something that we

should do more regularly, which is a follow-up show, which is to just incorporate some of the

comments, because particularly on the Best to the Nest Facebook group, which I promise, we're going

to start posting show notes on there. This is like, we're going to get our act together, you guys.

We're going to get it together.

We've just been a hot mess.

You can always find the show notes on the in podcast one for sure and an Apple podcast.

But we're going to start putting them on the best to the nest Facebook group page.

So join the group because that way I just informed you of that just now, by the way.
