1:03.0	So basically what President Trump was charged with is in New York a
1:07.4	misdemeanor creating false business records. The statute of limitations
1:11.8	had expired on that and they wanted to make it a felony.
1:15.0	So in New York, it's a felony to falsify business records in order to commit or conceal another crime.
