podcast. As always, my name is Max McGuire. Joe Otto will

likely be joining us a little bit later but we're going to get started without

him because we have a lot to cover and not a whole lot of time. Now we're recording this on Monday

December 9th it'll come out tomorrow but today has been a big day. Today we have

yet another impeachment hearing in the House Judiciary Committee.

It's not really a hearing.

A hearing suggests that there are witnesses.

This is really just a recasting or rehashing of all of the so-called facts that Democrats have

collected over the past two months two-plus months and rehashing it for the

American people.

So a big waste of time, but we also had the release of the Office of Inspector General's report on the FISA investigation into the Donald Trump campaign and his associates.
