0:00.0	Hi guys, it's Candace Kay and it's the day before I head back to New York. I spent a lot of time here
0:13.8	reflecting and actually was at a memorial service all day today. I recorded a pod for you for the last 30 minutes and then I realized in my heart
0:23.3	truly and deeply that it just, it wasn't good enough and it wasn't making any sense to me. So I
0:29.4	actually hit delete and re-record, which I have not done before. Oh yeah, A plus superstar over here. No, for real. It just like wasn't juicy enough.

0:47.7	today on episode 25. Oh my gosh. What a weekend. Welcome to the Wabi-Sabby pod episode 25. We've been killing it for
0:58.5	about 27 weeks total, including a couple of bonus episodes and weekends that I was out working.
1:05.8	And I'm flying out, like I said, to New York again. And I can't wait to share with you what I've learned
1:11.7	over the past two months of being away, traveling all over the globe, seeing different people
1:16.9	in different places, going from the top to the bottom of Japan to Taiwan, to Melbourne to Sydney,
1:22.6	all the way back to L.A., working up in Malibu, through Diego and then back to New York and next to San Francisco.
1:29.9	So I learned quite a bit on this journey. I spent a lot of time with my mom and dad at the
1:35.5	memorial service today, which was childhood friends and family. Some people, when I go to see this
1:43.9	family friend group in particular, I must look like a
1:48.0	little kid to them because that's how I remember Aunt Charlie and Aunt Charlene and all the cousins
1:55.3	and my dear Lauren and Jenny, who are like sisters to me. This is my sister's best friend from preschool
2:03.0	and her mom and my mom are besties from when they were in preschool. And then Lauren is my bestie
2:08.1	from when she was born. I was like, thank God, because now I have a little sister to play with.
2:14.6	So, long story. But yeah, my sister and her best friend from preschool are still really
2:20.1	close and it feels so good to go to these things and just feel loved. A lot of times I've had a
2:27.7	heavy heart recently because I feel like I'm being judged a lot and I don't like the feeling.
