My name is Dusty Slave. I'm your host, and I'm here alone in studio today, and I am pumped.

I mean, I feel great. I've been back on the road, and it just feels good to be back on the road.

I love it.

You know what I mean?

Like, it is just amazing.

I mean, you know, because after the second lockdown, I thought, oh, man, I'm never going to get to do comedy again. I thought after the first lockdown that I might not ever get to do comedy again, but I definitely thought it after the second one.

But you know what? I am doing comedy again and it feels good. I'm up on stage. I'm telling people

jokes. And most of the shows have gone extraordinarily well.

And when they haven't gone extraordinarily well, when the audience is weirdly sitting in the audience silent,

when it seems like everybody that doesn't understand my comedy decided to show up for one show,

well, you know what I do?

I tell them that that's what they're doing. And I say, hey, I don't know what's going on out here, but I'm going to be up here for about 30,

45 more minutes. So get it together. Get into the show. Start laughing and start having a good

time because we're having a good time. And if you are out there in the audience and you're thinking to yourself, I don't know if I start having a good time because we're having a good time.
