0:00.0	Hello, friends. I want to say a couple things about the political episode I did with Kaizen
0:06.1	before we jump into today's episode. I got a lot of feedback about it, and I'm still processing
0:13.3	a lot of things. I've had a lot of conversations in the past week, and I know some of you feel
0:18.1	confused about that episode and why it felt important to me to put it
0:22.5	out there and what I was really trying to say and things along those lines. And I just want to say
0:28.2	today that I am going to talk about it more and address some of the feedback and those questions.
0:34.4	And I just need some time. I'm planning to do another episode with a different guest, someone
0:39.5	who I deeply respect and who is planning to vote for Kamala Harris to balance out the conversation
0:45.4	and hear more points of view. But I want to say a couple things today before we dive into today's
0:52.1	episode. First off, it breaks my heart that some of the women
0:56.5	who listened to that episode felt hurt by the conversation we had about abortion. I just want to
1:02.8	reiterate that I am pro-choice, and I don't think anyone should have the right to decide what
1:07.8	happens to a woman's body. And furthermore, I recognize that for many
1:11.7	of you, this is a very scary election. And I just wanted to say, I've heard your feedback, and I love you,
1:19.1	and I hear you. The second thing I want to say is that, as many of you noticed, I didn't actually
1:25.6	say who I'm planning to vote for in that episode.
1:29.1	And that's because I haven't decided yet. I haven't voted yet. I deeply respect RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard. And I'm very inspired by this movement that has rallied behind them that is focused on the health crisis and chronic disease.
1:51.9	And those two have picked aside, but there is a lot to reconcile with that side, and I'm still wrestling with that. So I haven't voted yet. I've got a long drive back to Washington and a lot to
1:57.7	think about, and I just want to say, I love all of you. And I think our politics are a mess.
2:03.6	And we're all just trying to do the best we can. So anyway, like I said, I will talk more about it.
