We are going to have a kind of different conversation today, but I'm really excited about it because we have three people from our product design team here on the podcast today.

Taryn, since you are our host, I'm going to let you introduce our two other co-host guests today. Yes. Well, as you all know,

we do most of our art in-house, all of our art in-house and at Ballard. And so we are a teeny,

but mighty team of designers. And so we have today, Zoe, who has been with Ballard for five years, and Hillary,

who's been here for five as well. They both joined in a kind of similar timeline, but obviously

we've been working together for five years now in a open concept space. So we know way too much about

full life backgrounds, but we are going to just kind of let Caroline lead a series of questions
