books are excellent books on helping us understand how we function, right? The habits of our lives,

the way emotions affect relationships, how to understand the people around you.

Some of these books are really practical.

How to create healthy habits, how to grow up and just be an adult,

because a lot of us have these, like,

in this day and age, there's like the false start pandemic, right?

And then a lot of these books are just really well written.

They're enjoyable stories. But what they're missing

is at the end of the day, there's ultimately just more rules, just more morals that were going to ultimately fail at doing and that's the clear

helpful self-help books is that self-help books you are the hero of your own story
