0:28.1	overall structure of the Book of Mormon. This is stuff that you're probably not going to teach in a lesson, but this is information that I think is really important to understanding the text.
0:39.0	I think every teacher should know more than what they teach.
0:42.0	And so when you're teaching the book of Mormon
0:44.3	you really want to cover you know how it centered on Christ and the principles that
0:49.8	it teaches and how it brings us to him and how we can be better people.
0:54.0	But I also think the Book of Mormon gives tons of evidence as to who it is or excuse me,
0:58.5	what it is and its authenticity.
1:00.9	And so today we're going to talk about the page in the very beginning of the Book of Mormon
1:05.2	there's a page called a brief explanation about the Book of Mormon and it says that the
1:10.2	Book of Mormon is a sacred record of peoples in ancient America and was engraved
1:14.7	upon sheets of metal.
1:16.9	Now if you're a member of your church your whole life, you already know all this stuff.
1:21.5	And so this is a good review, and yet the things I'm going to talk about
1:25.1	even to people that have been members their whole lives, some of this stuff may be new
1:28.6	information to a lot of you. It may be something that I think you will find very
1:32.3	interesting.
