Today it's our pleasure to welcome Dan Morgan of Morgan and Morgan for the people.

Dan grew up in the family firm starting in the call center at 17 and has worked nearly every job there.

Now a trial lawyer with major verdicts including an $11 million wrongful death case.

He also leads Morgan and Morgan's referral business, drives national marketing and sports partnerships,

and even serves as an MBA agent and co-owner of Lyft Sports Management with Mike Miller. Go Celtics. Dan, welcome to the show. Thanks for coming in. Good to be here. Thanks for having me today. Yeah, man. Super cool to meet you and have you in. I mean, there's so much to talk about. Like, you know, I went over like the website. By the way, like the website's's really good I went to the website today and I mean not like my little old opinion matters

with like your you know your huge law firm but you got your dad on there from like the like

way back when you know your video is pretty sweet I'll get to a couple things that you said

on on there but you know I think it's like a really uh a good a good

piece it's really very engaging well yeah shout out to our our content team there hony she's

kind of been revamping that for us and really hunting it and it's wild how much goes into the

details of just it is curved corners or you know straight corners and this shade of blue that shade of blue this one looks

better this one's popping more so it's definitely a full team effort but yeah they're curating it's

looking good totally um so you literally grew up inside of like one of the most recognizable law

firms in america um so like tell us what it was like being around Morgan and Morgan

from such a young age. Yeah, I mean, I really did kind of see it, you know, from the infancy

to where it is now. You know, I was actually, you know, born in 89. The firm launched in December

of 88. So, you know, it was around three months older than I am. So I really saw, you know, the whole life cycle of everything, you know, from, you know, my whole life, I pretty much have a memory of us, at least advertising on TV or, you know, being on billboards and kind of being in that space and having somewhat, you know, a little bit more attention in school. Well, you know, that's the, the dad's on the billboard, et cetera, et cetera. You know, back then it was kind of unspoken, you know, that's when, when lawyer

advertising was really first starting to get going.
