How's everybody doing today? It's a relaxing view. Yes, I could hear the waves. I could hear the birds a chirping.

I could hear the sound of a distant garbage truck picking up everyone's garbage. Very, very peaceful.

But sadly, it's not peaceful in America. Hey, I'm just lucky to be able to spend a lot of time in this location, man.

Back home in New York City, my neighborhood, it's a complete disaster. A lot of the small businesses that I know and love, I don't think they'll ever reopen.

It's just an absolute mess across America. A complete mess. And I don't even know where to begin.

I'll say this, when 9-11 happened, I thought that would be the event of my lifetime. I remember the day as like it happened yesterday.

Clear blue skies like I'm looking at today. Gorgeous day. Felt like summer. And next thing you know, in just a mere few minutes, our lives completely changed.

And there are now a lot of people that are pretty old at this point that simply weren't born when 9-11 hit. And I remember thinking, this is it. This is the event of my lifetime.

I remember the sadness. I remember the fear. I remember the uncertainty. I remember the smell of burning plastic and burning flesh.

I remember that no one knew what was going to happen next. The fear gripped the nation. We all came together. We got through it.

But sadly, after a period of time, then everyone said, okay, let's get back to our sides and dig in. And boy, have people dug in since then.

No one wants to hear the other side. No one wants to change their mind. They're not capable of that. No one wants real discussion.

No one wants to actually hear the other side. And maybe learn a thing or two. Everyone's like, fuck that. And they just continue to dig in deeper and deeper.

It's sad in me this morning. I went on my Twitter. And a lot of people know that I'm not picking a side. If you want to know the truth, and this is, you know, for the people that are fans of the old opian Anthony show,

they'll take this and think it's very douchey. But this is how I do live my life now. If I need to pick a side, I pick the side of love over hate.

But this guy this morning was so frustrated on Twitter. And it was a fake account. It's an obsessive person that just makes accounts all day long and just tries to beat the shit out of me and probably many others out there.

I'm not alone in this. And this guy's like, oh, I know you know, you're not picking a side, but eventually you will have to. And I thought to myself, that's what is wrong with what's going on right now.
