I feel really good about the bread. This is, this was tricky

because I want to make sure that the bread is good and looks good and tastes good because

Paul is friends with Jerry Seinfeld. Seinfeld always busts me on this bread. When I get the bread,

how come, you know, we interviewed Jerry in New York, so he didn't get the bread. And you can tell with it, he's got his little Jerry kind of like, is it really that good? So this was a lot of pressure. I needed Paul's bread to come out really well in case it comes up in conversation with Seinfeld.

And I think I did it.

So even if the conversation wasn't that great, I'd feel good about it because we've got great bread.
